We understand that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world and potential economical effects, we are going through a period of uncertainty.

We understand that now, more than ever, as social distancing is needed, everyone is counting on their ability to access services in a hygienic way. We at EXACT Auto Electrics are determined to continue to provide you with an exceptional mobile service so that you can concentrate on your family’s wellbeing.

The nature of our service usually requires Jason going to your home or workshop and meeting you outside. As such, Jason has minimal contact with others already. Payment is taken on the day from the public; and for all of our clients we may prioritise the use of only emailed Invoices (rather than both hard-copy and soft-copy).

SHOULD THE STATE GOVERNMENT RESTRICT SOCIAL CONTACT

We will keep ourselves informed on the changes and if the State Government require us to limit social contact we will have to make the required changes at the time.

CHANGES THAT WE ARE IMPLEMENTING AT EXACT AUTO ELECTRICS

In order to minimise any potential transfer of COVID-19, changes implemented are as follows:

• Effective immediately, Jason will be using a disinfectant spray on your vehicle during his service. This may include: the steering wheel, key ignition, any interior trims he has come in contact with and door handles. (If your family is low-toxin, we will encourage you to bring your preferred products out to your vehicle for Jason’s use).
• We would like to encourage payment via Direct Transfer on the spot, in order to minimise potential transfer of COVID-19 via usage of EFTPOS terminal.

For the time being, it is business as usual and we aim to keep you informed of any changes to this notice along the way.
